Nourish your skin

Norish Your Skin

Take a look at your face in the mirror first. Dryness, cracking, dullness and roughness of the skin are common in cold, dry, windy weather. It is important, therefore, to hydrate skin and offer it rich nourishment, especially in the winter months.

It's best to moisturiser immediately after a shower. Another key to healthy looking skin is drinking plenty of water — your skin is the largest organ of your body and it gets thirsty. Not only do you want to use a moisturiser on your face (including an eye cream if you're concerned about staying young looking) but also on your hands and body.

Bottom line on why you should do this:
You don't live in the Outback. Why look like you do?
